The Senior Living Executive Leader at our community is positioned for success with a stunning facility equipped with numerous amenities and a team dedicated to serving the senior population. This individual should be highly competitive, sales-oriented, and possess a proven history of success in managing all aspects of senior living. Key responsibilities include:
- Enhancing and maintaining resident satisfaction.
- Exhibiting leadership through employee retention.
- Understanding and adhering to state regulations.
- Overseeing daily operations.
- Driving census growth.
- Ensuring sustained financial success.
- This role may also be referred to as Assisted Living Administrator, Assisted Living Director, Nursing Home Administrator, or Executive Director of Senior Living.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Possess or be able to obtain an Administrator's License.
- Demonstrated success in sales and revenue/expense management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for improving the lives of seniors and a commitment to meeting resident needs.
- Experience as an Administrator in Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care settings.
- Preferred secondary education, though not mandatory.
- Compliance with state vaccine requirements.
- English language proficiency required.
- CPR Certification preferred.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
