Job Title: Asset Protection Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Asset Protection Specialist to join our team at Wayfair. As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers at the store entrance and exits.
  • Identify and communicate any safety-related concerns on the sales floor or back of house.
  • Support the Asset Protection team in maintaining the highest levels of safety and security.
  • Work at the security desk to aid in the safe check-in and check-out of associates for their shifts.
  • Monitor store cameras and respond to associate and customer injuries and incidents as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of customer experience in a retail or customer-facing setting.
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of Google Systems, including email, Google Sheets, and other Google platforms.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 15 pounds.
