Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning and general upkeep tasks in offices, residential halls, public areas, bathrooms, conference rooms, dining centers, and other areas as needed.
  • Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces and carpet areas.
  • Mix cleaning solutions according to instructions.
  • Assist with event setup and conference operations duties, as needed.
  • Train and oversee the work of others, as assigned.
  • Work on call, including responding to emergency calls and cleaning up blood-borne pathogens.
  • Use non-riding and non-autonomous equipment.
  • Order supplies.

Requirements

  • Eighth-grade education or equivalency.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Understanding of cleaning chemicals and their application and dilution ratios.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Availability via cell phone during working hours.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous custodial experience.

Working Conditions

  • Occasional weekends and varied schedules.
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
  • Subject to DOT-approved pre-employment and random testing for alcohol and controlled substances.

What We Offer
