Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Special Education Teacher to join our team at Soliant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in special education and be certified as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans for students aged 3-5
  • Provide occupational therapy services to support students' physical, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment
  • Manage a caseload of up to 16 students and maintain accurate records of student progress
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Special Education or related field
  • Minnesota state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Previous school-based experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

This is a full-time position working on-site/in-person at our location in Edina, MN. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality support to students and families.
