About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate RN to provide exceptional patient care and support our team of urologists. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, providing education and resources, and assisting with special procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
  • Conduct telephone interviews and assessments of new and existing patients
  • Develop and maintain triage protocols and implement follow-up procedures
  • Monitor triage function effectiveness and provide coaching and feedback to clinical staff
  • Initiate prescription prior authorizations for patient medications
  • Provide patient care assistance with procedures and tasks, including patient intake, education, and documentation
  • Assist with special procedures, including UroNav and TRUS biopsies, and administer Urodynamics testing
  • Provide patient education, coordinate provider consultations, and identify resources to assist patients and their families
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of MN
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Three plus years of experience in clinical nursing; specialty practice experience preferred
