Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to our Fulfillment and Logistics teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Warehouse and Distribution Management: Manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and improve supply chain processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of warehouse and distribution staff, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain high levels of performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to stakeholders, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience: In a leadership role within the distribution and fulfillment industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Order Management and Warehouse Management systems, with experience in S4Hana preferred.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business skills, including financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with a focus on development and growth.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting customer needs and achieving business objectives. The role will require frequent travel to our facilities and occasional work outside of regular business hours.
