Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, including cash handling, inventory management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling: Responsible for operating the cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate cash counts.
  • Inventory Management: Assists with receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provides excellent customer service, responds to customer inquiries, and resolves customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Operations: Assists with opening and closing the store, including setting up and breaking down displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Leadership: Serves as a liaison between management and non-management team members, communicates assigned tasks, and reports disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
Requirements
  • One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Knowledge of store inventory control and cash handling procedures preferred.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
