About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Loan Servicing Representative to join our team at Rockland Federal Credit Union. As a Loan Servicing Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our loan servicing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payments, payoffs, and principal reductions from insurance companies
  • Monitor daily reports and perform necessary file maintenance
  • Balance all payment types and scan checks and draft checks into Eascorp
  • Process basic core system transactions
  • Respond to member and branch/department inquiries promptly and courteously
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior banking and loan servicing experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and perform work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with members and staff at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
