Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Warehouse Associate to support our growing branch location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the warehouse inventory, maintaining the database, and coordinating the movement of products throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain the warehouse inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping finished products.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate and schedule the movement of products throughout the warehouse, ensuring timely delivery of materials and minimizing out-of-stocks.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership and guidance to warehouse personnel, ensuring smooth operations and excellent internal customer service.
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Manage purchasing for the Plumbing division, aligning with company objectives and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Drive accountability of staff regarding the quality of work, accuracy, and efficiency of all expected job functions.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes and maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
  • Truck and Warehouse Replenishments: Manage weekly truck and warehouse replenishments to ensure timely delivery of materials and minimize out-of-stocks.
  • Inventory Integrity: Monitor and update item master in accordance with changes in material demands.
  • ERP System Management: Manage Truck templates and maintain inventory integrity in Service Titan (ERP) software.

Requirements:

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

  • Work Environment: Work is performed in a warehouse environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and transport over 50 pounds.
  • Travel: Travel to other LTP locations on an as-needed basis.

Experience/Education:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Warehouse Lead in Plumbing & HVAC trades (preferred).
  • Skills: Expertise with Warehouse Management and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, with 5-10 years of relevant experience and documented exceptional results.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $17-19/hour.
