**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Technician to join our team at MountainView Hospital. In this role, you will assist the nursing staff in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized patient care environment, promoting positive patient interactions, and engaging in evidence-based best practices to enhance the patient experience.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you should possess a current C.N.A certification in the state of Nevada, BCLS, and have completed a competency skills checklist within 3 months of employment. A minimum of one year of direct patient care experience is preferred.
