Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of service technicians, ensuring that they are equipped to handle complex technical issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our packaging machinery, including PLC-based industrial controls and mechanical assembly.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing timely solutions to resolve any issues.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all team members adhere to company safety policies and procedures, and that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our service operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in automation and industrial controls, with a strong background in packaging machinery and capital equipment.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, including PLC-based industrial controls and mechanical assembly; excellent communication and leadership skills.
