Job Overview

Cozzini, a leading provider of high-performance food processing equipment, is seeking a skilled Field Service Manager to support our customers in the installation, training, and service of our equipment.

This role requires strong electrical control and mechanical background experience, as well as the ability to supervise on-site staff and perform preventative maintenance, testing, and equipment overhaul.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers during equipment installation, training, and service
  • Supervise on-site staff performing preventative maintenance, testing, and equipment overhaul
  • Assist in performing scheduled service calls and customer assistance
  • Collaborate with the Director of Technical Services to ensure effective equipment maintenance and support
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of field service work experience
  • 2 years of experience in basic field supervision of installs and/or service projects
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment and electrical control systems
  • Valid driver's license and U.S. passport
  • Working knowledge of PLC and Panel view
  • Ability to travel extensively, including weekends and after-hours rotational phone support
