We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Royse City, TX. As a Full-Time SLP, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive school environment, providing vital speech therapy services to students.
Responsibilities:- Assess and diagnose students with various speech and language disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to cater to their specific needs.
- Collaborate with school personnel and parents to create a cohesive support system that fosters communication skills among students.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student support services.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of student progress and therapeutic interventions.
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent field.
- Valid Texas state license as an SLP.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with students, staff, and parents.
