Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support the speech and language development of students in a school-based setting.

As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant with Soliant, you will work closely with Speech-Language Pathologists to provide essential therapy services to students with communication disorders.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in assessments, implementing therapy interventions, facilitating group sessions, and documenting progress under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of speech and language development in children
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
