Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Foreman to oversee the construction of sports facilities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise construction sites to ensure work is carried out according to plans and specifications
  • Allocate daily and general responsibilities to team members
  • Ensure workforce and resources are adequate to meet project demands
  • Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
  • Supervise and train crew members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects successfully
  • Resolve issues that arise during construction, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the required standard

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, with a strong background in concrete foundation work
  • 2+ years' experience of construction management and site operations
  • Proficiency with field layout using 2D laser levels and transit levels
  • Proficiency in using construction management software
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and plans
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills to manage a team effectively
