As part of a collaborative team that includes physicians, social workers, dietitians, speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, you will gain insight into the roles of various providers and how they work in unison to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Position Highlights:
* Deliver effective and efficient nursing care while striving for positive clinical outcomes and ensuring patient and family satisfaction.
* Assess patients to gather data, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
* Contribute to nursing evaluations and care planning.
* Oversee and guide patient care delivered by unlicensed personnel.
* Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physician orders.

Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
- Must hold a current license from the State Board of Nursing or be in the process of obtaining licensure as a practical nurse.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed in a skilled nursing facility or as required by state regulations in an assisted living environment.
Compensation:
Pay Target: $37.00 per hour
