Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including product preparation, guest relations, and restaurant maintenance.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and motivate hourly employees to ensure excellent service and high productivity.
  • Financial Management: Control labor and product costs, manage inventory, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with company standards, OSHA regulations, and local health and safety codes.
  • Guest Service: Foster a positive and safe work environment, and provide exceptional guest service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED; College or University Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-4 years supervisory experience in a food or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, basic business math and accounting skills, and analytical/decision-making skills.
