Job Opportunity: Center Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Center Management Specialist to join our team at American Family Care South Charlotte. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our urgent care center, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train front office medical receptionists, medical assistants, x-ray technicians, and other support staff.
  • Coordinate scheduling, payroll, and benefits for non-provider staff.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including medical equipment, linens, and cleaning products.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including employee files, patient charts, and operational metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Estimated Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year
