About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Advanced Specialty Staff RN to join our team at Providence Clinical Network. As a key member of our cardiac patient care team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized care for cardiac patients, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care activities and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines in cardiac patient care, incorporating new knowledge into practice.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • At least one year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Cardiac Device Specialist Certification.
