Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care for cardiac patients, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to the Nurse Practice Act.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care activities and ensure seamless transitions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines in cardiac patient care, incorporating new knowledge into practice.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- Certified Cardiac Device Specialist Certification.
