About the Job

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health, one of Arkansas premier adolescence mental health facilities. As a Staff Nurse (R.N.), you will be responsible for prescribing, coordinating, and evaluating patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing, preferably a Bachelor's Degree. Current licensure to practice nursing in Arkansas is required, as well as CPR or BLS certification. A minimum of one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Prescribe, coordinate, and evaluate patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members.
  • Clinical Expertise: Demonstrate clinical expertise in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, visitors, and staff to ensure seamless delivery of care.
