We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:


The Project Manager serves as the primary advocate for clients at Abonmarche, ensuring that their objectives and timelines are achieved while effectively coordinating with our internal teams.

Key tasks include:
- Preparing proposals, contracts, and subcontracts
- Setting project timelines and monitoring progress, including follow-ups on all project elements (deadlines, permits, etc.)
- Leading project kickoff, progress, and client meetings
- Collaborating with Business Development to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Coordinating with team members and technical staff to define roles, schedules, and budgets for new projects
- Overseeing project budgets and scope of work
- Reviewing plans and reports to ensure alignment with client needs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Michigan
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering
- Preferred experience in project management for municipal, roadway reconstruction, sanitary sewers, water mains, storm sewers, trails, traffic signals, and site design for various project types
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs
