Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer II to join our dynamic and progressive civil and environmental engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation and modification of various engineering documents, including reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates, and design plans for projects.
• Lead or assist in the preparation of construction documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with junior, mid-level, and senior team members from various disciplines on project tasks and assignments, promoting a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Develop innovative solutions to solve complex problems encountered during design, utilizing expertise in civil/structural standards, methods, and practices.
• Work within budget and schedule constraints, ensuring timely completion of projects and maintaining high-quality results.
• Prepare plan drawings, technical specifications, design documentation reports, bid quantities, and construction cost estimates, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Requirements
• 2+ years of post-graduate professional experience in civil engineering or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with a strong foundation in civil/structural standards, methods, and practices.
• Experience in preparing and advancing plan set packages through all project phases, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of civil/structural standards, methods, and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Desired Additional Experience
Professional Engineering registration is highly preferred, or the intention to complete registration, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry standards.
