About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Project Manager to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a key member of our Design and Construction Services department, you will be responsible for the overall project development and management of University functions for new construction, routine projects, and renovations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Monitor campus activities to ensure compliance with state, federal, and municipal codes and regulations.
  • Process and issue purchase requisitions for projects and routine operations, maintaining accurate expense records and tracking department budget expenditures.
  • Manage and oversee job close-out documentation and procedures, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and invoices are paid.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Three years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience.
What We Offer
