Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to lead our accounting team and oversee the day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Financial Operations: Oversee the accounting team and ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare quarterly budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor budget performance to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and prioritization skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online.

Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 per year.
