Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Primary Care Billing to join our team at Acts Retirement-Life Communities. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our primary care services third-party billing.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of billing professionals to ensure timely and accurate processing of primary care services claims.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize collection of third-party receivables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of billing processes with other revenue cycle functions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance and optimal billing practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in management of third-party primary care services billing, with progressively increasing supervisory experience.
  • NextGen experience is preferred.
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) is preferred.
