Are you a seasoned medical professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role in post-acute care? The Curare Group is seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our team in providing exceptional care to complex geriatric patients in skilled nursing facilities.
As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for directing and providing primary care to our patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care. You will also be responsible for managing hospital employees, outpatient services, and telephone consultations, with a 1:5 call ratio. Our practice offers a competitive annual salary of $210-220K, with earning potential of up to $300,000, as well as WRVU production incentives, a signing bonus up to $40,000, and relocation bonus up to $10,000. Additionally, you will receive CME up to 1 week and $3,000, and up to 5 weeks of PTO. Our 403B plan includes an employer match up to 6%.
