Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Marysville, California.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art imaging facility. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting physicians with interventional procedures, operating imaging equipment, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities:- Assist physicians with interventional procedures, including angioplasty and stent placement
- Operate imaging equipment, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines
- Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical history and procedure details
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- ARRT certification in Radiography or Interventional Radiology
- CA state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist
- Current BLS certification
- Experience with fluoroscopy and ultrasound equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
