We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Neos Consulting in Austin, TX. As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage projects related to utility design, transmission design, utility construction, substation design, municipal/civil service projects, and more.

About the Job:

This role requires strong project delivery skills, risk management expertise, and effective communication across teams and stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants to deliver projects that meet the client's needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Delivery: Manage projects from start to finish, focusing on scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, adjusting plans as needed to maintain project success.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate resources and personnel across departments to meet project objectives.

As a Project Manager, you will report to the Transmission + Substation Project Management Supervisor and be responsible for end-to-end project completion.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
