Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the Estimator/Project Managers and/or Superintendents in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control, and quality standards are met. Under the direction of the PM, the Assistant Project Manager will take on any/all tasks in the quest to learn all they can about construction.

This includes setting up new jobs in Cloud Server, maintaining master job schedules, importing new jobs into Heavy Jobs software & Spectrum, creating job reports, creating and tracking all project work orders (under $10K), creating and maintaining approved Purchase Orders within Spectrum, creating subcontracts, and managing subcontractors within Subcontractor Kiosk.
