Key Responsibilities
  • Restock beverages and other items as needed, including refilling milk dispensers and keeping cereal dispensers full.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked dining room during meal periods, adhering to Parkhurst standards and procedures.
  • Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, following Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
  • Ensure soda machines are iced down before and after each service period and take off and soak the soda caps in hot water overnight.
  • Follow a cleaning schedule, using 'clean as you go' techniques, and maintain an open line of communication with management.
  • Adhere to the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
  • Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
Requirements
  • Ability to perform routine duties necessary to provide a clean and well-stocked dining room during meal periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
