Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Regional Director to strengthen relationships with financial advisors and identify new sales opportunities. This role offers a fast-paced environment where multitasking and prioritization are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a territory business plan aimed at exceeding territory gross and net sales goals.
  • Apply advanced business tools to identify and target key opportunities that align with corporate initiatives.
  • Provide flawless support to field wholesalers, ensuring all inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide investment commentary and practice management solutions to financial advisors, improving their ability to effectively serve clients.
  • Determine and pursue new sales opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Capability to make timely and independent judgment calls in a fast-paced environment.
