Job Overview

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Baltimore Aircoil Company, you will be responsible for implementing projects that support site targets and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong background in automation and manual processes, with the ability to analyze and determine when each is needed in a factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement projects to improve manufacturing processes and support site targets
  • Analyze and optimize production equipment to improve processes
  • Develop and implement new equipment sign-off and Management of Change processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
  • Support design, development, and engineering of machine tools and fixtures

Requirements:

  • 7 years of manufacturing experience with a strong background in automation and manual processes
  • Experience with Ladder Logic Programming (PLC's) and Allen Bradley
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in 6 sigma and root cause analysis
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of associates and interface with customers

Working Conditions:

The physical demands of this role include standing and walking up to 60% of the time, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and travel up to 10% of the time.
