HVAC Territory Manager

The Territory Manager is a critical link between distribution and residential dealers and contractors in the Greater Milwaukee area. This role requires a strong understanding of the HVAC industry and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
- Visiting assigned accounts within a 70-mile radius to discuss heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs
- Providing expert solutions to customers' needs
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals on a quarterly, monthly, and yearly basis
Requirements:
- 2 years of industry experience in HVAC
- 2 years of previous sales experience
Compensation Package:
- $65,000 - $80,000 base salary, with opportunities for commission-based earnings
- Additional income to cover fuel, car allowance, and car maintenance
- Bonus opportunities
