Job Overview

Avera Marshall Access Health is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to provide high-quality patient care and support in our Family Practice Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care by performing various clinical and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or diploma in Medical Assisting or a related field.
  • At least six years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong background in Medical Assisting.

Licensure and Certification:

  • Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Must be licensed through one of the following: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA).

Work Schedule:

  • Clinic hours: 8:00am-5:00pm; 72 hours every 2 weeks.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate: $27.00 per hour.
