Assembly Process Technician

**About the Role:**

In our fast-paced manufacturing environment, the Assembly Process Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and productivity of our products. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling complete products from spot-welded sheet metal parts and other components, inspecting incoming and outgoing materials, and identifying quality issues using the 4-grade quality system.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assemble complex products: From spot-welded sheet metal parts and other components.
  • Inspect materials: Incoming and outgoing materials for quality and quantity, and record scrap on MQRS daily.
  • Identify quality issues: Using the 4-grade quality system and produce quality products with fixtures and jigs.

**Requirements:**

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of related experience or 1-2 years of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
  • Skills: Manual dexterity, ability to lift 25 pounds, and specific vision abilities including close vision and depth perception.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (based on location and industry standards).
