Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate effective communication between Opsys Fire & Security and our esteemed clients.
  • Collaborate as part of a team, covering designated geographical areas.
  • Implement site installations according to specifications and plans.
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance as per contractual agreements.
  • Complete all necessary documentation following job completion.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with technical questions and concerns.
  • Maintain high standards in teamwork practices.
  • Support company policies and best practices, particularly regarding the protection of sensitive customer information.
  • Respond to reasonable requests from management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:


This position is ideal for a qualified and experienced engineer who is enthusiastic and ready to embrace new challenges while aspiring for a senior role.

A solid understanding of fundamentals in areas such as intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems is essential.

Additional Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an installation or maintenance role is essential.
Package Offered:
  • Competitive base salary (negotiable based on experience) with overtime opportunities.
  • 28 days of holiday including bank holidays, increasing by one day for each year of service up to 33 days (negotiable).
