Position Overview for the Senior HRIS Analyst:

Required Skills for the Senior HRIS Analyst:

  • Experience and Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 5 years in managing HRIS systems, with at least 2 years of direct integration experience and multiple implementation projects preferred.
  • HRIS Systems Management: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and configuring HRIS systems, especially Workday. Strong comprehension of HR/Payroll processes and the ability to oversee system evaluations, issue resolution, and project communications.
  • Analytical and Process Improvement Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities with a history of resolving complex system challenges and simplifying technical concepts for stakeholders. Demonstrated success in driving process enhancements and executing positive changes in a compliant environment.
  • Adaptability and Project Management: Capacity to handle multiple high-priority tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines. Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong tolerance for ambiguity and change.
