Account Services Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Account Services Associate to join our team at LH Global Consulting. As a key member of our Operations Division, you will play a critical role in supporting functions and processes within the Account Servicing Teams.
Key Responsibilities- Process requests in accordance with Account Servicing SLAs, prioritizing tasks, adhering to quality standards, and ensuring compliance with communication expectations.
- Generate, send, and retain documents as requested, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company Policy and Procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service through general incoming calls, follow-up calls, and email responses as necessary.
- Participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivation and a self-starter mentality.
- Ability to multitask and follow workflow processes for assigned job duties.
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
- Minimum 1-year automotive finance experience (desirable).
- Experience with Payment Processing, Titles, Total Loss, and Consumer Product Protection functions (desirable).
- Auto Finance or related background (desirable).
- 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment (desirable).
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
