About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Saz's Hospitality Group. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading HR operations for our Milwaukee-based catering divisions and flagship restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily leadership, management, and guidance to our Human Resources Generalist
  • Operate with a solutions-driven approach to facilitate growth and scalability of our operations
  • Make data-driven decisions to drive employee engagement, retention, and growth
  • Develop and implement innovative programs to enhance employee experience
  • Collaborate with our Training Manager to deliver ongoing training to our team
  • Manage our employee performance management system and review schedule
  • Monitor our compensation model and benefits offerings to ensure compliance and equity
  • Update and develop corporate programs, documents, and policies
  • Work with our area leaders to develop annual recruiting plans
  • Complete necessary reporting and compliance tasks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity
  • SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR certification preferred
  • Hospitality experience a plus

Essential Job Functions
  • Stand or sit up to 8 hours at a time
  • Lift up to 10 lbs to chest level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional discretion, sound judgment, and a steadfast dedication to maintain confidentiality
  • Operate a computer to access the internet and work within a variety of software programs
