Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $28-34 per hour, offering a competitive compensation package.

Job Description

This contract-based opportunity requires full-time on-site presence, spanning 3-6 months. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and recording journal entries accurately, adhering to GAAP standards.
  • Conducting account reconciliations and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • SUPPORTING budget preparation with thorough analysis and reporting.
  • FACILITATING the creation of financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Collaborating across departments to maintain precise financial records.
  • Aiding in audit processes and supplying auditors with required documentation.
  • Driving enhancements in accounting procedures and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of accounting or finance experience, ideally in the healthcare sector.
  • A solid grasp of GAAP.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work well with others.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, working both autonomously and as part of a team.
