Pacific Southwest Container is seeking an experienced Lithographic Press Operator to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000-$70,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. As a Lithographic Press Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our machine, ensuring that printing processes meet quality standards while minimizing waste.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining machine center at an acceptable level of housekeeping
  • Inputs production information
  • Performs set up verification checklist
  • Performs and oversees preventative maintenance responsibilities of operating personnel
  • Communicate needs, obstacles, and direction to those who need the information
Qualifications for this role include:
  • Knowledge of all normal box plant skills, including reading hard cards, accurate production reporting, and use of calipers and micrometers
  • Experience with console and printing press operations
  • Leadership skills to coordinate efforts of the Press crew
  • Basic computer skills and problem-solving abilities
To succeed in this role, you should have one to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
