Senior Analyst, Finance

Grubb Properties is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Finance to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in driving our financial success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sourcing, managing, and closing various loans, including development, acquisition, refinancing, and corporate loans.
  • Lead the charge in property sales by selecting brokers, coordinating information requests, and managing the disposition process.
  • Evaluate commercial real estate appraisals and review Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) requests, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports, including quarterly property reports, investor reports, fund reports, and financial statements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to review and approve real estate taxes for our asset portfolio, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and market data, providing insightful analysis for management and helping to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Business degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years in finance, commercial real estate, capital markets, or transaction management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; familiarity with various accounting and finance concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Commercial real estate or capital markets experience preferred; transaction experience a plus.
