Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with extensive experience in capital markets and private equity real estate. In this critical position, you will lead the development of our financial strategy and oversee our capital raising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Capital Raising:
    Formulate and implement strategies to secure institutional capital through equity markets to support our real estate investment projects and funds. Collaborate with legal counsel to structure funds effectively.
  2. Establish and nurture relationships with private placement firms, institutional investors (including pension funds, endowments, foundations, banks, sovereign funds, and insurance companies), private equity firms, family offices, and other financial stakeholders.
  3. Strategic Business Development:
    Identify and expand into new partnerships, markets, and relationships. Oversee deal sourcing, underwriting, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing activities.
  4. Work closely with the executive team to ensure alignment of capital market activities with the company's strategic objectives.
  5. Financial Management:
    Prepare and present comprehensive investment memoranda, financial reports, and other documentation to the executive team and board of directors. Supervise the Financial & Accounting Team and monitor market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Qualifications:
Proven track record as a CFO or in a similar executive financial leadership role within the real estate or private equity sectors. Demonstrated success in fund formation, capital raising, and managing investor relations. Strong grasp of real estate finance, investment strategies, and market dynamics. Exceptional strategic thinking, financial analysis, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CFA, or CPA are preferred.

Requirements:
Experience with Institutional LP Investors, including pension funds, insurance companies, endowments/foundations, commercial banks, sovereign funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, and mutual funds. Familiarity with Retail Investors, such as Registered Investment Advisors (RIA), Broker-Dealers (BD), and High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is required; an MBA or other relevant graduate degree is strongly preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate investment, banking, private equity, or capital markets, with a proven ability to drive growth and development.
