- Enforce Big Dave's Cheesesteaks' Standard Operating Procedures to guarantee outstanding customer service.
- Supervise the training program for team members to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Execute company directives as instructed.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members in line with standard operating procedures.
- Effectively communicate and uphold operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain food specifications, recipe compliance, and presentation standards.
- Consistently monitor and achieve ticket time benchmarks.
- Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and cleaning products to ensure smooth operations.
- Establish and maintain inventory control standards.
- Ensure that equipment, facilities, and premises comply with regulatory and SOP standards.
- Keep kitchen supplies well-stocked and in optimal condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic standards for both the interior and exterior of the restaurant.
- Adhere to sanitation protocols as per regulations and SOPs.
- Properly store and manage food items, ensuring correct labeling, dating, rotation, and temperature control.
- Implement and supervise a thorough cleaning schedule.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a leadership role within the food service sector.
- A customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to assist patrons.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Self-driven, capable of working independently, and motivated to meet objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates energy, initiative, creativity, and flexibility.
- Comfortable in a visible role within the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Honest, ethical, and dependable.
- Expected to participate in all required meetings, whether virtual or in-person.
- Support the General Manager during team meetings and briefings.
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as bending, stooping, reaching, and pushing.
- Ability to lift or move kitchen supplies or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to undertake additional assigned responsibilities as needed.
Compensation: $40,000 yearly + Bonus Eligible
