  • Ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members in line with standard operating procedures.
  • Effectively communicate and uphold operational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain food specifications, recipe compliance, and presentation standards.
  • Consistently monitor and achieve ticket time benchmarks.
  • Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and cleaning products to ensure smooth operations.
  • Establish and maintain inventory control standards.
  • Ensure that equipment, facilities, and premises comply with regulatory and SOP standards.
  • Keep kitchen supplies well-stocked and in optimal condition.
  • Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic standards for both the interior and exterior of the restaurant.
  • Adhere to sanitation protocols as per regulations and SOPs.
  • Properly store and manage food items, ensuring correct labeling, dating, rotation, and temperature control.
  • Implement and supervise a thorough cleaning schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a leadership role within the food service sector.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to assist patrons.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Self-driven, capable of working independently, and motivated to meet objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates energy, initiative, creativity, and flexibility.
  • Comfortable in a visible role within the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Honest, ethical, and dependable.
  • Expected to participate in all required meetings, whether virtual or in-person.
  • Support the General Manager during team meetings and briefings.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as bending, stooping, reaching, and pushing.
  • Ability to lift or move kitchen supplies or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to undertake additional assigned responsibilities as needed.

Compensation: $40,000 yearly + Bonus Eligible
