The Director of Human Resources will play a pivotal role in leading our HR initiatives, providing essential internal support, and driving excellence in HR functions and process enhancements. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all HR functions at Vivo HealthStaff, including strategic partnerships, benefits administration, talent development, performance management, and process optimization.
  • Design and implement new protocols to support organizational scaling while ensuring high-quality HR service delivery.
  • Champion talent development initiatives and establish robust processes for performance reviews, compensation strategies, and professional growth programs.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent to enhance the candidate experience for new hires.
  • Manage all aspects of employee compliance and administrative functions.
  • Lead HR enablement efforts, including benefits management and attendance tracking systems.
  • Continuously assess organizational needs and adapt HR strategies accordingly.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Assist management in addressing employee concerns and needs.
  • Support the development and execution of HR policies and procedures, offering guidance and best practices.
  • Maintain the employee handbook, directory, and organizational structure.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in business partnership roles, particularly in high-volume, high-growth environments.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in managing HR metrics to identify root causes and develop strategic plans.
  • Ability to cultivate effective relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong project management capabilities and a focus on customer service.
  • Excellent teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of California Labor Law.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
