Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Bay Country Enterprises. As a key member of our civil construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing project plans, supervising general contractors, and ensuring high-quality results.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned project manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our clients, engineers, and construction managers to determine project scope, resources, and timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise general contractors and laborers to ensure high-quality work and timely completion
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure profitable agreements
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients and company leadership
  • Plan and schedule construction projects, including operations and timelines, to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to determine project resources and scope
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing civil construction projects, particularly in asphalt, concrete, or stormwater
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies
  • Proficiency with project management software, such as Procore or MS Project
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
