Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Northern Virginia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and customers to ensure timely and quality project delivery
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project-related issues and improve processes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project schedules, budgets, and customer communications
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
