  • Accurately process ticket sales using accesso ShoWare Centers ticket selling software.
  • Provide detailed knowledge of the venue's seat locations and event layout.
  • Stay up-to-date on upcoming event dates, ticket prices, and event layout.
  • Adhere to accesso ShoWare Centers cash handling policy and company policies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Experience with ticket selling software is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Benefits
  • Eligibility to join our 401K plan after 1 year and 100 hours of service.
  • Holidays worked are paid at time and a half.
  • Sick Time is accrued at 1 hour for every 30 worked and can be used in 2-hour increments or more.
  • Eligibility for Medical, Dental & Vision benefits after completing 1560 hours in a 365-day time frame.
