Job Title: Inventory Forecast/Demand Planning Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Forecast/Demand Planning Analyst to join our team at US Tech Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting AMER inventory management and business operations for Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly inventory process and unit forecasts by verifying partner reports.
  • Manage Americas quarterly long-term forecasting, including review and stakeholder communications.
  • Own e2e order generation and approvals on a quarterly basis.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years managing inventory, demand planning, analytics, and ERP systems.
  • Experience with retail reporting and processes e.g. monthly open to buy, demand planning, and/or unit forecasting.
  • 3+ years of experience in project and partner management.
  • 3+ years managing complex cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to stay organized and communicate effectively across a fast-paced team.
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced Google Sheets / MS Excel expertise.
  • Energetic and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or STEM field.
  • Business analytics, quantitative modeling, and data visualization expertise.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, SQL queries, Excel VBA or Google Apps Script, BigQuery.
  • Experience in inventory planning, retail buying, supply chain, CPG, or eCommerce.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
