- Quality and Safety: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Staff Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, providing opportunities for nursing staff to develop their skills and expertise.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient management of nursing resources, including staffing, budgeting, and supply chain management.
- Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including physicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Certifications: Current licensure in the state; Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required; Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification preferred.
